About Me

My Story

Fitness is something that never came easy to me. I was not gifted with natural ability in sports and for many years I though of myself as un-athletic. While I learned some athleticism from taking dance classes in college it wasn’t until I worked with a trainer that I began to realize that I wasn’t un-athletic. In fact, with the proper expertise and coaching, I realized my body was able to perform at a much higher level than I ever thought it could.

Working out not only changed my body, it changed my outlook on life. It made me a much happier person. It boosted my self esteem and made me realize that I actual enjoyed physical challenges. This helped me understand that everyone is an athlete, they just need the right person to bring out their athleticism.

Some Athletes win races, some score a perfect ten; others complete a 5K for the first time In their lives or are able to play with their grandkids all afternoon without being tired. I’m equally proud of all the athletes that I work with from age 17-92 yrs young. Whether they are training for an event, getting in shape or rehabilitating from an injury, they all learn that proper movement is the key to success.
